They do this by providing a range of stress management services that are tailored to the needs of our clients. Services include undertaking stress audits to identify the causes and effects of stress on individual and businesses, support in policy development and implementation. We also provide training for managers which aims to help them in meeting their responsibilities as employers with regards to managing work related stress, and training for staff which helps them to take responsibility for their own health and well-being.
